2022 Summer Season
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The following rules and regulations have been established for the convenience, health and safety of the membership, and also for the protection of Club property. We ask the full cooperation of the entire membership, both parents and children, in abiding by them.
GUESTS
Guests can visit the pool with members for $10/day. Each guest is allowed 4 visits for the season. If a guest would like to join after the 4th visit, the previous guest fees will be credited towards the membership fee (not applicable to rider add-ons).
Military Deal: Fort Lee Active Duty Families can visit our pool for $7/day without being a guest of a member.

- Annual dues must be paid in full before any privileges are allowed at the Club. The deadline for dues is May 31, 2022. Dues received after May 31, 2022 must include a $40 late fee.
- All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
- Parents of small children must supervise and monitor the child at all times. Do not leave small children unattended at any time in the pool or on Club property, no exceptions.
- No one shall be permitted in deep water until they have demonstrated satisfactory swimming ability to the manager and/or a lifeguard. Children using any flotation device are not allowed on the diving board or in deep water, no exceptions.
- Children under thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted on pool grounds unless accompanied by a parent or other responsible pool member, 18 years of age or older. The only exception will be in the case of a permanent babysitter where the parent(s) are working, through a written letter by the parent(s) to the Pool manager or Board of Directors for approval.
- The wading pool is to be used only by small children. An adult must supervise children in the wading pool at all times. Infants must wear waterproof pants.
- Swimmers must wear proper attire at all times. Bermuda shorts, underwear, cut-off pants or other unsuitable attire is not permitted in the pool.
- Proper sanitation must be observed at all times.
- Large floats, balls, face masks, or other paraphernalia will not be permitted in the pool when considered a safety hazard by the Manager or a lifeguard.
- Glass objects are not allowed on Club property.
- Animals are not permitted on Club property.
- The Club will not be responsible for articles left or stolen at the pool.
- In case of inclement weather, the Pool Manager may close the pool at any time for the health and safety of the members.
- Food or beverages are not allowed in the water at any time.
- Chewing gum is not allowed in the pool area.
- ***No smoking except in the designated smoking area. "Smoking" means the carrying or holding of any lighted pipe, cigar, or cigarette of any kind, or any other lighted smoking equipment, or the lighting, inhaling, or exhaling of smoke or vapor from a pipe, cigar, or cigarette of any kind.***
- Only one person allowed on the diving board at a time. No diving from the side of the diving board.
- Running, horseplay, boisterous and rowdy behavior or any other unsafe actions will not be permitted. This includes the use of profanity and abusive language of any kind.
- Each member is personally responsible for the actions of any guest they bring to the pool and assumes responsibility for any violation of the rules by their guest.
- The Pool Manager will handle cases of misconduct. Lifeguards are in charge of the pool while they are on the stand. Do not talk to the lifeguards while they are on duty.
- The Board of Directors may suspend or expel Club privileges for any misconduct endangering the good order, welfare or character of the Club.
- All complaints with reference to the management of the Club, Board Members, or its employees shall be made in writing to the Secretary of the Club at the address above.
